Over half the UK’s population has tried to lose weight over the last twelve months and the average woman will spend £25,000 over the course of her lifetime trying to get thin (astounding).
This year over 20 million of us will embark on a new diet ,but typically will give up after 19 days .
Surely we should cut out diet plans altogether ,instead by simply being careful what we eat and exercise regularly we can achieve weight loss and wellness !!!!!
